beach guitar : 26 yr old Male

I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in McPherson. It's a really nice apartment with new carpet and fresh paint. I am a reporter for the local newspaper who works 9-5 mon-fri. I don't mind drinking, smoking however, must be done outside. I have wirless internet, X-box 360, 2 guitars (3 if you count guitar hero controller), HD television and an HDTV. I am a really easy to get along with person who is very clean and I am looking for the same.
